WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (2/14/2016) A 45-year-old man was shot multiple times Saturday night, city police said this morning.
The shooting was reported at 9:50 p.m. in the 1700 block of W. Second St., in the Hilltop area.
The victim was shot in the upper torso area, police said.
He was treated at the scene by New Castle County paramedics, then taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton. Police said he was in stable condition.
Police said they are still investigating and asked anyone with information on the shooting to call Detective Joseph Bucksner at 302-576-3629.
