DOVER, DELAWARE (6/21/2019) A crash with an overturned car blocked southbound Route 1 south of Dover this morning.
The crash happened about 4:30 a.m. at the north end of the St. Jones River Bridge.
Emergency crews, including a Delaware State Police helicopter and an ambulance, remained at the scene more than an hour later.
All southbound traffic was being diverted off the highway at Route 9.
