EDGEMOOR, DELAWARE (7/17/2015) A 15-year-old boy has been charged with setting a fire that heavily damaged a home in the Edgemoor Gardens community, authorities said today.
The teen was arrested Thursday night on two felony charges, arson and burglary.
He was committed to the New Castle County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 secured bond, said Robert L. Fox, chief deputy state fire marshal.
The fire happened about 11 p.m. Monday in the first block of Bedford Drive.
