BRIDGEVILLE, DELAWARE (1/26/2018) An 18-year-old Greenwood man died after he was shot north of Bridgeville, the Delaware State Police said.
Police said the victim was dropped off by private vehicle at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford about 1:40 p.m. Thursday. The victim died before troopers arrived at the hospital, but they were told the shooting happened at the Newton and Adams roads intersection.
The intersection was closed about an hour as homicide detectives investigated.
