MASSEY, MARYLAND (12/10/2017) A 24-year-old Delaware woman was critically injured in a rollover crash in Maryland on Saturday, authorities said.
The single-vehicle crash was reported at 7:55 p.m. in the area of 12604 Massey Road (Route 299), according to Maryland State Police.
Police said Catherine E. Carrol, of Smyrna, was driving a Ford F-250 pickup southbound when the truck collided with a culvert and overturned.
She was taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton, Delaware. Police said she was in critical but stable condition.
Police said alcohol and weather conditions were believed to be contributing factors in the crash.
