NEWPORT, DELAWARE (7/7/2017) A tractor-trailer wreck and fire early today caused major delays on northbound Interstate 95 into the morning rush period.
DelDOT reported the right lane at Route 141 remained closed at 6:41 a.m.
The truck wreck was reported at 2:32 a.m., with Christiana Fire Company dispatched.
