DOVER, DELAWARE (3/1/2017) A 25-year-old man was shot to death Tuesday night at the Towne Point Apartments in Dover, city police reported this morning.
The shooting at 820 Carvel Drive happened about 7:40 p.m.
A Dover police officer patrolling in the area heard several gunshots and found the victim, Rodney Miller of Dover, inside a parked vehicle at the rear of the complex, Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.
