MINQUADALE, DELAWARE (2/9/2017) A 28-year-old man was wounded by gunfire in the Arbor Place community near Minquadale, the New Castle County police said.
The shooting happened about 2 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Parma Ave.
The victim, wounded in his lower body and arm, went to the Wawa convenience store at Memorial Drive and U.S. 13.
He was given first aid there and taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Police did not report his condition.
