WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (11/3/2016) A man was seriously wounded in a Wilmington shooting on Wednesday night, according to reports from the scene.
City police were investigating in the 200 block of N. Van Buren St. after the victim arrived at St. Francis Hospital with a wound to the chest.
