WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (3/1/2016) A 21-year-old man was in critical condition after he was shot this afternoon,http://delawarefreenews.org/2016/03/01/wilmington-homicide-victim-identified-reward-offered/ Wilmington police said.
The shooting was reported just before 5 p.m. in the 2900 block of Jessup St.
Officers found the victim in the first block of E. 30th St. with wounds to his upper torso and abdominal area.
He was treated at the scene by New Castle County paramedics and then taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton.
