BRANDYWINE HUNDRED, DELAWARE (11/4/2015) A second suspect in a July home invasion robbery in Brandywine Hundred has been arrested in Pennsylvania, the Delaware State Police said today.

Andrew E. Allen, 30, of Philadelphia, was apprehended by that city’s police and parole officers in an unrelated investigation on Tuesday.

He is being held pending extradition to Delaware.

Delaware State Police said detectives identified Allen as one of two men who robbed a 41-year-old man at a home in the 1800 block of Foulk Road on July 15.

Detectives obtained warrants charging Allen with first-degree robbery, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, home invasion, second-degree burglary and second-degree conspiracy.

Jeremy W. Clark, 26, of Chester, Pennsylvania, was arrested on the same charges in the case in September.
