DELAWARE (11/5/2015) Dense fog is expected to affect driving across the state this morning, the National Weather Service says, and some schools will be opening later than normal as a result.
Visibility will be a quarter mile or less at times, making for hazardous driving conditions.
Drivers are urged to slow down and use headlights.
The fog is expected to lift by mid-morning.
Indian River and Polytech school districts, as well as Sussex Academy, will be opening 2 hours late.
Sussex Tech will be opening one hour late.
