BRANDYWINE HUNDRED, DELAWARE (7/16/2015) A shot was fired and a man was struck several times with a gun during a home invasion robbery Wednesday afternoon, Delaware State Police said.

The incident happened about 1:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Foulk Road.

The victim, a 41-year-old man, answered a knock at the door and was confronted by two males, both armed with guns, police said.
