SEAFORD, DELAWARE (9/30/2015) A man was in the shower when three armed people robbed him in a home invasion near Seaford, the Delaware State Police reported Tuesday.
Police say the crime in the first block of North Street Extension was not a random act and the victim may have been targeted.
It happened about 10:10 p.m. Monday, when the two males and a female, all with handguns, confronted the 31-year-old victim in the bathroom. They pulled him from the shower, threw him to the ground and kicked him multiple times, police said. He was then struck in the face with a gun and they tied his hands behind his back.
They removed cash from his pants pocket and fled out a rear door.
Police said the victim wasn’t injured and didn’t request any immediate medical attention.
The two male intruders were described as 5-feet-10 to 6 feet. The female was 5-feet-6 to 5-feet-7. They all wore black clothing, and black masks and gloves.
