MIDDLETOWN, DELAWARE (8/21/2015) A 42-year-old woman suffered minor injuries when a car she was in struck a Valero Shore Stop convenience store building north of Middletown, authorities said.
The accident happened about 1 p.m. Thursday at 4434 Summit Bridge Road (U.S. 301).
The woman was evaluated at the scene and taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in stable condition, said Cpl. Abigail Haas of New Castle County paramedics.
Middletown Fire Company and Delaware State Police also responded.
