NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (7/22/2015) Delaware State Police this morning released the name of a 78-year-old Delaware City man killed Tuesday morning on U.S. 13 near New Castle.
The victim was identified as William E. Warren, who was struck by a tractor-trailer in the southbound lanes south of Route 141, in front of New Castle Airport.
Warren was pronounced dead at the scene.
