UPDATE: Dover police arrest suspect in Simon Circle homicide
DOVER, DELAWARE (7/13/2015) A 35-year-old man was shot to death in the Simon Circle area of Dover early today, city police said. It was Dover’s fifth homicide of the year.
The shooting was reported at 2:17 a.m. in the 900 block of W. North St.
Jamal Weeks, of Dover, was shot by an unknown person and later died of his injuries, Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
Detectives are interviewing potential witnesses and residents of the area, Hoffman said, in an attempt to identify the shooter.
