WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (5/8/2015) A man struck and killed by a car as he was walking across Interstate 95 in Wilmington has been identified by Delaware State Police.
John Manista, 35, of Delaware City, was killed early Wednesday under the Sixth Street overpass.
The car striking him was able to stop at the scene and its two occupants were not injured.
Police said this morning they are still investigating the accident.
