Pedestrian killed on U.S. 13 in hit-run is identified

CHESWOLD, DELAWARE (5/1/2015) A pedestrian struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash on U.S. 13 north of Cheswold on Thursday has been identified by Delaware State Police.

Rodolfo Falles, 32, of Costa Rica, was killed about 4:50 a.m. just north of the southern junction with Messina Hill Road.

Police have not identified the vehicle that struck him and fled the scene.
