3 sought in New Castle County robbery spree

GLASGOW, DELAWARE (2/11/2015) State police have released surveillance images and asked for the public’s help in identifying three men sought in a robbery spree across New Castle County.

In the robberies, three men have entered businesses and confronted employees at gunpoint, demanded cash and fled with it. There have been no injuries.

Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale said they are believed to be 18-25 years old.

One, shown wearing a dark coat without the hood pulled up, is  6 feet tall and about 160 pounds.

Another, wearing a dark hooded jacket, is 5-feet-11 and 180 pounds.

The third, shown wearing a black and blue jacket and carrying a GameStop bag, is 5-feet-8 and 150 pounds.

Hale said robbery detectives have linked the three suspects to the following robberies:

1. GameStop, 870 Peoples Plaza, Glasgow, Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 8:49 p.m.
2. GameStop, 1015 Governors Place, Bear, Monday, January 26, 2015 at 8:57 p.m.
3. Wawa, 1 Salem Church Road, Ogletown, Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 12:49 a.m.
4. 7-Eleven, 100 Four Seasons Parkway, Glasgow, Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 10:04 p.m.
5. Ramada Inn parking lot, 260 Chapman Road, Christiana, Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 10:55 p.m.
6. 7-Eleven, 699 E. Chestnut Hill Road, Ogletown, Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 11:12 p.m.
7. Riverview Motel, 7811 Governor Printz Boulevard, Claymont, Monday, February 9, 2015 at 12:08 a.m.
