WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (1/6/2015) A man in his 20s was shot in the chest multiple times late Monday, authorities report.
The victim was found at 824 West St. just after 10 p.m.
The man was treated by paramedics and taken by St. Francis ambulance to Christiana Hospital, said Sgt. Michael McColley of New Castle County emergency medical services.
The man, believed to be in his 20s, was taken into surgery, police said, and was in critical condition.
Police said he has not yet been identified, and they have no suspect information.
