NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (12/15/2014) A Hartly man is being sought by police in connection with damage to two vehicles and a home  in the Coventry neighborhood near New Castle on Sunday.

New Castle County police say Paul Sommers, 42, of the 1600 block of Taralia Road, is being sought in connection with the damage done in the first block of Cawdor Lane, where they say he drove his Chevy C70 pickup into a parked car which then struck a parked pickup, pushing it into a house and causing extensive structural damage and making it uninhabitable.

Police said a burglary in progress was reported, and the victim said Sommers had rammed his Chevy C70 pickup into her vehicle, then got out and began yelling and kicking the victim’s door.

By the time officers arrived, police said, Sommers had fled.

Police asked anyone with information on Sommers to call (302) 573-2800.
