NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (12/15/2014) A tree-service truck hit a parked pickup in the Coventry neighborhood near New Castle early today, pushing it into a home.
The front of the house was knocked off its foundation in the first block of Cawdor Lane about 2 a.m.
The driver of the tree truck fled, according to reports from the scene.
New Castle County police are investigating the crash.
County building inspectors were inspecting the damage.
No injuries were reported.
