ELSMERE, DELAWARE (5/7/2015) A 32-year-old man has been arrested after a Molotov cocktail was used in an attempt to set a home on fire, authorities said this morning.

The firebombing happened about 4 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Washington Ave., in the Oak Grove section of Elsmere.

The Molotov cocktail was thrown into the first floor of the building and caused damage to the interior of the home, said Robert L. Fox, chief deputy state fire marshal.
