NEW GARDEN TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA (2/28/2015) Firefighters from Pennsylvania and Delaware battled a blaze in a home, then found a body inside, according to reports from the scene.
Flames were coming through the roof of the house when firefighters arrived in the 100 block of Scarlett Road about 4:30 a.m. today.
No details on the victim were immediately available.
Avondale, Kennett Square and Longwood fire companies were among the Pennsylvania firefighters responding, as well as Hockessin Fire Company from Delaware.
Cause of the fire is under investigation.
