NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (4/22/2018) A driver led police from several agencies on a foot chase after being involved in a car crash on U.S. 13 near New Castle, according to reports from the scene.
The incident happened about 5 p.m. Friday in front of New Castle Airport.
The crash in the southbound lanes involved multiple vehicles blocked three of the four lanes on U.S. 13 (North DuPont Highway).
