CHRISTIANA, DELAWARE (12/6/2017) Construction materials that spilled onto the roadway from a truck caused noontime backups on southbound Route 1 near Interstate 95 on Tuesday.
Delaware State Police said the lumber and other materials caused multiple lane closures, with only a single lane getting by until the debris was cleared.
