Police seek tips in Wilmington death

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (10/19/2017) City police are seeking tips from the public after an apparent shooting death in the 600 block of Springer St.

The incident was reported at 4:38 pm. Tuesday, when police arrived at a home to find emergency medical crews providing CPR to the unconscious male victim.

The victim suffered an apparent gunshot wound to his torso, police said, and was found on a living room couch.

Police said Wednesday that circumstances of the suspicious death remained unclear and anyone with information is asked to call Detective Tom Curley at 302-576-3625.
