38-year-old man shot in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (8/24/2017) A 38-year-old man was shot in the shoulder late this afternoon, city police said.

The shooting happened about 5 p.m. and the victim was found in the 300 block of Concord Ave. by nearby officers who heard gunfire.

The man was taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton. Police said he was in stable condition.
