DOVER, DELAWARE (8/1/2017) A man struck and killed by a vehicle on U.S. 13 in Dover was identified today by city police.
The fatal collision happened about 8:38 p.m. Friday in front of Raceway Liquors, 899 S. DuPont Highway (U.S. 13).
The victim was identified as 59-year-old Ronald Lutrell of Dover.
Police said the driver in the crash, whose name they didn’t release, will not be charged.
