DOVER, DELAWARE (5/3/2017) A 44-year-old man was shot to death early today at the Alder Park Apartments near Dover, the Delaware State Police said.
The shooting at 51 Webbs Lane happened inside building B about 2:35 a.m.
The victim, later identified as Lamare Kiser of Dover, suffered multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Kent County paramedics.
An autopsy by the Delaware Division of Forensic Science ruled the death a homicide.
No suspects have been identified, Master Cpl. Gary Fournier said.
