DOVER, DELAWARE (1/22/2017) A vehicle was struck several times in a drive-by shooting at the Courtside Apartments, the Dover police reported this morning. A man sitting inside was not injured.
The incident happened just before noon Friday in the parking lot on Courtside Drive.
A 45-year-old man was sitting in his vehicle when a small, dark sedan pulled alongside and at least one person inside began firing. The sedan then fled, Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
