BEAR, DELAWARE (1/13/2017) Delaware State Police this morning released the name of a 25-year-old man who was struck and killed by an SUV on Old Baltimore Pike.
Police said the pedestrian fatality happened about 4 a.m. Thursday just west of the Salem Church Road and Salem Woods Road intersection.
James A. Gagnon was reportedly laying in the roadway when he was struck, police said, and investigators believe alcohol use on his part may have been a factor.
