NEWPORT, DELAWARE (12/1/2016) A crash involving three cars and a tractor-trailer is causing major delays this morning on southbound Interstate 95 near Newport, according to reports from the scene.
The crash happened about 6:30 a.m. just south of Route 141, in the DelDOT sandbox area.
The driver of a small white car that suffered heavy damage was evaluated at the scene but did not require treatment. No other injuries were reported.
At 7:35 a.m., DelDOT reported the left two lanes remained closed.
