DOVER, DELAWARE (9/11/2016) Two men are being sought after a home invasion robbery south of Dover, Delaware State Police said today.
The robbery was reported at 11:18 p.m. Saturday in the first block of Weeping Willow Court.
The two robbers, armed with handguns, entered the front door and confronted a 32-year-old woman who was sleeping in her bedroom with her 7-year-old daughter.
The two removed money from the victim’s purse and a safe and then fled.
The woman and her 7-year-old daughter, as well as three other children, ages 16, 12, and 8, who were asleep in other rooms, were uninjured.
The two robbers were described as black, 25-35 years old and 5-feet-10 to 6-feet-1. One was wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans, black gloves and a white mask. The second was wearing dark clothing with a black mask.
