WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (8/23/2016) One person was shot during a home invasion in Wilmington late Monday night, according to reports from the scene.
The crime happened shortly after 9 p.m. in the 500 block of W. 31st St.
The male victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds in the torso and was taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton.
Wilmington police are investigating.
