ELSMERE, DELAWARE (8/10/2016) New Castle County police are seeking tips from the public after a 21-year-old man was wounded by gunfire at the Mill Creek Village Apartments south of Elsmere.
The shooting happened about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The man was taken by ambulance to an area hospital. His injuries are not life-threatening, said Officer First Class John-Paul Piser, spokesman for New Castle County police.
