2 men shot in Ogletown; police look for black SUV

Police investigate shooting in Hillside Heights neighborhood. (Photo: Delaware Free News)OGLETOWN, DELAWARE (7/14/2016) Two men were wounded in a shooting in Ogletown on Wednesday night, New Castle County police said.

Police learned of the shooting in the Hillside Heights community about 9:15 p.m. when the two wounded men arrived by private vehicle at an area hospital.

The men, one 19 and the other 21, were treated for their wounds and later released from the hospital, Officer First Class John-Paul Piser said.

Investigators determined the shooting happened in the 1300 block of Greentree Road.

Piser said police are looking for a black SUV that witnesses saw fleeing the area.
