MILFORD, DELAWARE (7/3/2016) An armed robber escaped with cash from a liquor store on Route 1 north of Milford, the Delaware State Police said.
The robbery at M&M Liquors, 1606 Bay Road, happened about 10:30 p.m. Friday.
The masked robber with a handgun demanded cash from the register and the clerk complied. The robber fled the parking lot in an unknown make and model car.
The clerk was not hurt.
The robber was described as a white male, 5-feet-9 with blue eyes. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
