CLAYMONT, DELAWARE (6/5/2016) A jackknifed tractor-trailer jammed southbound Interstate 95 for more than an hour this afternoon at the Pennsylvania-Delaware line, according to reports from the scene.
DelDOT reported all lanes blocked accessing southbound Interstate 495 and only one lane of southbound I-95 getting by the wreckage, which was cleared about 6 p.m.
Pennsylvania State Police reported a car cut off the truck, which was pulling an empty trailer. The truck leaked about 100 gallons of fuel.
No injuries were reported.
