Update: Police identify victim as Brandon Wingo of Wilmington
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (5/19/2016) A 15-year-old boy shot in the head this afternoon died later at Christiana Hospital in Stanton, city police reported this evening.
The shooting was reported about 1:30 p.m. in the 900 block of Clifford Brown Walk.
The victim’s identity was withheld by police pending notification of next-of-kin.
