WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (3/11/2016) A federal grand jury in Wilmington indicted a 24-year-old New York man Thursday in a Delaware child pornography case, authorities said.

Justin R. Gulisano, of Sodus, New York, was arrested June 30, in Newark, New Jersey, on a Delaware warrant for charges related to sexual exploitation of a child and sexual solicitation of a minor.

From September 2012 through June 2015, according to the indictment, Gulisano attempted to entice a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct so he could produce images that he distributed on the Internet. The indictment also alleges he threatened to injure the victim’s reputation.

The indictment was announced  by Assistant Attorney General Leslie R. Caldwell of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Charles M. Oberly III of the District of Delaware.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations and the Delaware Child Predator Task Force investigated the case.
