SUMMIT BRIDGE, DELAWARE (1/6/2016) Multiple crashes on an icy Summit Bridge closed the northbound lanes on the span for about two hours this morning, Delaware State Police said.
None of the crashes appeared serious, police said.
Motorists were urged to use the Roth or St. Georges bridges to cross the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal until the bridge was reopened.
