MAGNOLIA, DELAWARE (12/29/2015) A 20-year-old Dover man was arrested Monday in connection with a shooting in June, the Delaware State Police reported today.
Denzel D. Braker was arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force and turned over to state police detectives.
Braker was charged with first and second-degree assault and related counts.
He was being held at Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in lieu of $127,500 cash bond.
The shooting happened June 13 at a party in the 300 block of Marshview Terrace north of Magnolia.
Police said Braker assaulted one man with a handgun and then shot another with it.
