MINQUADALE, DELAWARE (12/17/2015) The New Castle County Police Department celebrated the promotion of seven officers at a ceremony Wednesday.
These promotions were recognized by officials in attendance:
- Major Wendi S. Feeser
- Capt. John W. Treadwell
- Lt. Michael Bradshaw
- Lt. Daniel E. Rogers
- Sgt. Timothy Golden
- Sgt. Daniel E. Guzevich
- Sgt. Thomas Orzechowski
Officials at the ceremony included County Executive Tom Gordon, Director of Public Safety Joseph Bryant Jr. and Chief of Police Col. Elmer M. Setting.
The ceremony was held at the Sweeney Public Safety Building on U.S. 13.
