HARRINGTON, DELAWARE (12/15/2015) A second teenager has been arrested in connection with gunfire after being turned away from a party, Harrington police said Monday.

The shooting incident happened just after 10 p.m. on Nov. 28 in the 100 block of Grant St.

John T. Long, of the 1100 block of Deep Grass Lane near Greenwood, was arrested Thursday after police received a tip he was at a home on Milby Street, Lt. Earl K. Brode said.

Brode said Long and Jordan Dixon, 16, of the Greenwood area, fired rounds from a handgun after they left the party.

Police found no one injured and no property damage so believe the gun was fired into the air, Brode said.

Long was charged with second-degree conspiracy, disorderly conduct, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and two counts of reckless endangering.

He also was arraigned on charges from Delaware State Police, Brode said, and was being held at Stevenson House detention center in Milford in lieu of $83,100 cash bail.
