BRANDYWINE HUNDRED, DELAWARE (12/7/2015) A Pennsylvania man has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 23-year-old man in Brandywine Hundred last week, New Castle County police said this afternoon.

Vincent Clark, 25, of the 900 block of Church St. in Marcus Hook, was arrested Saturday with assistance of the police in that town just across the state line, county police said.

He is awaiting extradition to Delaware to face charges in the death of Jamai White of Philadelphia.

White was shot to death Thursday night in a pickup truck in the 2500 block of Jacqueline Drive at the Brandywine Apartments.

Clark also is charged with possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, Cpl. Tracey Duffy said.

Detectives found evidence at the scene that linked Clark to the shooting, Duffy said.

She said witnesses in the area also described a vehicle that matched the description of one driven by Clark.
