TOWNSEND, DELAWARE (11/30/2015) Volunteers from four fire companies responded to a blaze in Townsend late Sunday night, authorities said.
The fire in the 1100 block of E. Founds St., in the Townsend Village II neighborhood, was reported at 11:42 p.m.
All residents were out of the home and no injuries were reported.
Paramedics provided medical support during firefighting operations, said Sgt. Michael A. McColley of New Castle County emergency medical services.
The fire is under investigation by the Delaware state Fire Marshal’s Office.
The Townsend, Volunteer Hose, Smyrna and Clayton fire companies responded.
