NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (10/28/2015) A 23-year-old woman was injured in a rollover crash on Commons Boulevard near New Castle Airport, authorities said.
The accident happened about 7:30 p.m. in the area of Corporate Circle.
The driver was able to remove herself from the vehicle, which ended up on its roof off the roadway, before emergency crews arrived.
She was evaluated on the scene before being taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital, said paramedics Cpl. Abigail E. Haas.
Haas said the woman was in stable condition.
New Castle County police are investigating the single-vehicle crash.
