UPDATED STORY: Police say man struck, killed woman with car, dumped body
NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (10/7/2015) New Castle police say they have identified a woman whose body was found Tuesday at Airport Plaza.
The death of Kimberly Quade, 23, of the Dover area, is still under investigation by city police, Senior Lt. Adam P. Brams said.
